We explore the intersection of Information, Function, Systems, and
Society to solve real-world problems and drive innovation in the
areas of industrial carbon neutrality, industrial intelligence, and
industrial IoT.
We serve as a bridge between scholarly research and industrial
practice, collaborating on unresolved problems and leveraging
data and information to drive innovation. We also work closely with
external industrial companies and scholars to drive real-world impact.
We offer a variety of courses, programs, and workshops, including
annual conferences and workshops focused on industrial informatics,
as well as inter-workshops between Engineering and Data Science.
Our goal is to provide a comprehensive education in industrial informatics
and intelligence to prepare the next generation of experts in this field.
We foster cross-campus research projects, encouraging collaboration
and knowledge-sharing among experts from various disciplines.
